Polysorbate 65 (E436) is the same kind of emulsifier as E435 with a different fatty tail, used in ice cream and whipped toppings. No histamine route either. The microbiota question is the same one, and it belongs to the Wellness Path rather than to this axis. One precision the citation below needs: what was tested is polysorbate 80, not this one — the tail is different — and the human trial fed carboxymethylcellulose, at 15 grams a day for eleven days in sixteen people.
